Job summary

JP Management LLC is seeking a Property Manager based in East Brunswick, NJ with travel to Long Branch and Keyport. The role focuses on property operations, tenant relations, financial management, and team leadership to maximize property value and occupancy.

The position requires strong management, leasing experience, and knowledge of housing laws. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; standard weekday schedule with weekend hours as needed. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

5+ years of Property Management & Leasing experience.
Strong knowledge of federal, state & local and Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring compliance and upkeep.
Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs; address issues promptly.
Oversee security measures and emergency response across sites.
Support capital projects at properties and manage turns, renovations, and make-ready.
Track, manage and resolve compliance filings, inspections, and violations.
Develop and maintain positive tenant relationships and implement retention strategies.
Prepare and manage budgets; monitor revenue and control expenses.
Generate regular property performance reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
