Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for Tampa Woods, overseeing leasing operations and daily community functions. You will lease apartments to sustain occupancy, manage rent processes, and support the team to deliver excellent resident experiences.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of leasing experience, strong sales skills, and a professional demeanor. Local residency or relocation within 20 miles is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with leasing experience.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to maintain occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage rent collection, posting, and late notices.
• Assist with move outs, service requests, and resident transfers.
• Support managerial duties and smooth daily operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and documentation.
• Prepare reports and leasing paperwork.
• Maintain a social media presence to increase visibility.
• Support and coach Leasing Agent to improve performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters.
• Collaborate with Property Manager and onsite team.

What You'll Do As An Apartment Leasing Manager

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Manager who can oversee leasing operations while supporting the daily functions of the community. In this role, you will:

• Lease apartments to maintain strong occupancy and contribute to revenue goals
• Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late notices
• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests
• Support managerial duties and help ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and documentation
• Prepare reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentation
• Assist in maintaining an active social media presence to increase visibility and generate traffic
• Support, coach, and help develop the Leasing Agent to strengthen leasing performance
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters
• Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community success

What We're Looking For In The Apartment Leasing Manager

• Minimum 2 Years previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic
• Flexible schedule – some weekends are REQUIRED
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
• Stable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
