Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Agent for our Pirates Landing community. You will greet, qualify, and close prospects, lease apartments, verify applications, and ensure accurate documentation while delivering exceptional resident and prospect service.

This role requires weekends, a valid driver's license, and relocation flexibility within 20 miles of the property. Strong sales, communication, and social media engagement are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED).
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished, professional appearance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects.
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
• Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.

What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Agent:

We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:

• Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferredStable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
