Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year leasing experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate inventory of apartments available to rent.
• Establishes rapport with prospective residents and presents the community.
• Schedules showings and follows up on undecided prospects.
• Verifies rental applications for accuracy per regulations.
• Prepares move-in and welcome packages.
• Assists in move-in/move-out processes and ensures apartments are clean and attractive.
• Assists in collecting rent and processing maintenance service requests.
• Assists in preparing the monthly community newsletter.
• Supports Community Manager and fills in during absences.
