Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant in a full-time role. You will engage prospective residents, conduct property tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process while meeting individual and team leasing goals.

You’ll handle inquiries quickly, maintain accurate lead data in Entrata, and support marketing initiatives. Previous multifamily experience is a plus, and Excel skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Previous leasing and sales experience preferred; multifamily or student housing a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience with property mgmt software: Entrata, OneSite, RealPage preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, sorting, filtering) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to leasing targets, helping the team meet goals.
• Greet and engage prospective residents, building rapport from first contact.
• Provide property tours highlighting features and benefits tailored to prospects.
• Close leases by addressing objections and securing commitments.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours via phone, email, or in person.
