You will market, show, and lease apartments, assess needs, coordinate move-ins, and work across properties as needed. Join a team that values reliability, strong communication, and professional, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or related sales is preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Market, show, and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Assess budgets and preferences to match residents with suitable units.
• Maintain updated inventory and track renewal information.
• Process applications for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide exceptional service to current residents and address inquiries.
• Assist in move-ins and move-outs and prepare welcome packages.
• Handle service requests and coordinate maintenance follow-ups.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
