IRT Living is seeking a proactive Leasing Professional to engage prospective residents, present our multi-family homes, and guide applicants through the lease process. You will showcase amenities, conduct tours, and close leases while providing exceptional service.

The role involves coordinating events, aiding marketing efforts, and building long-term resident relationships. Training is provided in Tampa, FL, with opportunities for growth in a stable, established REIT environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude, charisma, and a passion for helping people.
• Must be able to attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date.

• Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, and match them with our community’s amenities.
• Conduct community tours that highlight the unique lifestyle IRT offers.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve leasing goals.
• Manage the lease application process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on community features, rents, and amenities.
• Conduct market research and contribute to marketing plans to attract new residents.
• Coordinate resident events that build community and enhance resident satisfaction.
