Anza Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our Fontana, CA team. The role handles leasing apartments, client interactions, and marketing support to drive traffic and occupancy.

Salary is $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, with benefits including low-cost medical, generous time off, retirement program, and career growth opportunities. A bilingual Spanish preference helps serve diverse residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing experience.
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Background/Physical/Drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments.
• Ensure model apartments and surrounding areas are lease-ready.
• Understand lease terms, policies, and procedures.
• Build a strong resident retention program.
• Perform leasing-related documentation, move-ins, and reporting.
• Must be energetic and have strong sales skills.
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required.
• Drive to different locations.
