Anza Management Co. in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to be the first contact with prospective residents and help lease apartments while promoting our properties.

The role requires at least 1 year of leasing experience, a California driver's license, and strong sales and communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with opportunities for training and career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• Background/Physical/Drug Screening.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Weekend availability based on location.

Responsabilités

• Lease apartments
• Ensure model apartments and surrounding areas are lease-ready
• Understand lease terms, policies, and procedures
• Build a strong resident retention program
• Perform administrative tasks related to leasing documentation, move-ins, and reporting
• Must be energetic and have strong sales skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required
• Drive to different locations
