StuartCo seeks a professional full-time Leasing Consultant for Highland Ridge Apartments in Saint Paul, MN. You will represent the community to prospective residents, conduct tours, and process leases while delivering exceptional customer service to current and future residents.

The ideal candidate is sales-oriented and customer-focused, thriving in a fast-paced property environment. A high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years in leasing or sales are required, with proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills with ability to close leases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; property systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, floor plans, and community features.
• Greet prospective residents in person, by phone, and electronically; conduct property tours.
• Assist with lease applications, leasing documentation, and explain policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support front office operations.
