Monarch Investment And Management Group in Baton Rouge is seeking a Full-Time Apartment Leasing Consultant with experience to join our team. You will greet and assist prospective residents, manage leases, and guide them through our community offerings.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, sales skills, and the ability to engage a diverse client base. On-site position with opportunities for commission and growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in multifamily leasing or similar sales role.
• 2 years' experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process and identify the needs of potential residents.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records.
• Explain pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings to prospects.
• Assist with outreach marketing and resident events.

Hiring Full-Time Apartment Leasing Consultant (Experience Preferred)

PAY: $16-18 an hour plus commission up to $100 per move-in with no cap-Make as much commission as possible! SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8-5PM (some Saturday flexibility is ideal)

WORK LOCATION: Baton Rouge, 21 South at Parkview Apartments

What You Will be Doing:

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

What You Need to Have:

• 1 year experience in multifamily leasing and 2 years' experience in customer service or sales
• Skilled problem solving
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
• An unmatched dedication to customer service
• The drive to learn and get better everyday
