Starburst Apartments is seeking an energetic Leasing Agent who thrives on helping residents find their next home. You will provide top-notch service to residents and prospects while supporting the leasing office with strong organization and administration.

The ideal candidate will multitask in a fast-paced environment, maintain professionalism, conduct property tours, and use technology to communicate with prospects and generate revenue, ensuring leasing and renewals meet occupancy goals.

Competenze

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments.
• Answering a busy switchboard.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service with a professional attitude.
• Experience with Realpage Onesite.

Mansioni

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors.
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue.
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew.
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email.
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects.
• Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market.
