Linara Apartments in Houston, TX is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join Tarantino Properties, Inc. Our team focuses on delivering excellent service to residents and prospects while keeping organized leasing office operations efficient.

The ideal candidate will handle tours, applications, follow-ups, and resident records with professionalism, multitask in a fast-paced setting, and bring strong communication skills. Prior leasing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced leasing office.
• Experience with property management software: OneSite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed
