Adara Communities in Cinnamon Ridge is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Agent to drive occupancy and deliver outstanding resident experiences. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, lease apartments, verify applications, and maintain accurate paperwork while building positive resident relations.

Requirements include 2+ years of traditional apartment leasing, strong sales and customer service skills, a polished appearance, and a flexible weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of leasing conventional apartments.
• Strong sales and leasing abilities with a proven close rate.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and professional appearance.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Generate new traffic through outreach and community engagement
• Host resident functions and maintain positive resident relations
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement
• Support the Property Manager and Leasing Manager with daily tasks
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor

What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Agent:

We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement
• Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement
• Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasks
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor

What We're Looking For in the Apartment Leasing Agent:

To be successful in this role, you MUST have:

• Minimum 2+Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
• Flexible schedule - weekends REQUIRED
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
• Stable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
