Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Agent at Parkside Place to welcome prospects, qualify leads, and close leases with professionalism and enthusiasm. You will lease apartments to maintain high occupancy, verify applications, and handle leasing paperwork accurately, while delivering exceptional resident and prospect service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of conventional leasing experience, strong sales and communication skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to work

• Minimum 1+ year of experience leasing conventional apartments.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Flexible schedule – weekends required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.

What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Agent:

We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:

To be successful in this role, you MUST have:

• Minimum 1+Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
• Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferredStable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
