Job summary

Adara Communities in Summer Bend is seeking an Apartment Leasing Agent who is energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused. In this role you will greet prospects, qualify leads, and close leases to maintain high occupancy.

You will verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and provide strong resident service, while contributing to community engagement and social media presence. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience leasing conventional apartments.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished appearance.
• Flexible schedule – weekends required.
• Stable work history and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects.

• Support the Property Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.

What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Agent:

What We're Looking For in the Apartment Leasing Agent:

To be successful in this role, you MUST have:

• Minimum 1+Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
• Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
• Stable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
