Job summary

Adara Communities in Spring, Texas is seeking an Apartment Leasing Agent to drive occupancy through skilled sales, qualification, and exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes closing prospects, processing applications, and documenting leasing paperwork accurately while maintaining a positive community image.

You will generate traffic through outreach and social media, support the Property Manager with daily tasks, and host resident events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED).
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished appearance.
• Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement
• Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement
• Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasks
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor

What We're Looking For In The Apartment Leasing Agent

• Minimum 1+ Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
• Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
• Stable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
