Job summary

Adara Communities seeks an energetic Apartment Leasing Agent for High Point Village. You will greet and qualify prospects, lease units to maintain occupancy, verify applications, and provide outstanding service to residents and visitors.

You’ll drive traffic through outreach, host events, and manage social media to promote the property while supporting daily operations. The role requires strong sales, excellent communication, a flexible weekend schedule, and a willingness to relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year leasing experience for conventional apartments.
• Strong sales and leasing abilities with a proven close track record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule with weekends required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and close prospects professionally.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, document accurately.
• Provide exceptional service to residents and prospects.
• Generate new traffic via outreach and community engagement.

What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Agent:

We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement
• Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relationsCreate and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement
• Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasks
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor

What We're Looking For in the Apartment Leasing Agent:

To be successful in this role, you MUST have:

• Minimum 1+Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
• Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
• Stable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
