Sales/Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a Sales/Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team at Savannah at Ankeny. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in our property management operations, assisting prospective residents in finding their ideal homes while providing exceptional customer service to our current tenants.

Responsibilities:

1. Quickly identify and assess prospective residents' needs to match them with suitable apartment homes.
2. Conduct property tours, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our community.
3. Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with current residents, promptly addressing their needs and concerns.
4. Manage the entire leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease signing and move-in coordination.
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and follow-up strategies.
6. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leases, and property-related information.
8. Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote our properties.
9. Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Our ideal Sales Associate has:

• 1-3 years of sales experience in a multi-family environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• The ability to work weekends.
