Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician for the Villas at Bulverde community in Spring Branch, TX. You will lead, train, and guide maintenance staff, oversee service requests, and coordinate make-readies and schedules to ensure high-quality results for 288 units.

The role requires a valid HVAC certification, at least 2 years as a maintenance technician in multifamily housing, and a willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance technician experience in multifamily housing (required).
• Valid HVAC certification (required).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Stable work history with a personal set of basic hand tools.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and lead service technicians.
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Candidates must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

Working Environment of the Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician:

This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

Most work occurs in an outdoor environment, with occasional off-site tasks as needed. All employees must adhere to the company\'s uniform policy, provided on the first day of employment.
