Job summary

Nationwide Realty Investors is seeking an Apartment Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform a range of building and systems maintenance tasks. You will handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general repairs to ensure safe, comfortable, and well-maintained apartment communities.

The role requires at least two years of related experience, strong knowledge of HVAC and life safety systems, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. Overtime and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of related work experience.
• General knowledge of HVAC mechanical and life safety systems.
• Ability to install, maintain, repair and operate HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance services and repairs in a specialized technical trade for the organization's facilities.
• Maintains and inspects HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other systems to ensure reliable operations.
• Assists with exterior structural work, grounds maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Supports in preventive maintenance programs and safety compliance.
