Job summary

Cottonwood Residential is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for 5 Row Apartments in Charlottesville, VA. You will help residents feel at home and assist prospective residents in finding their perfect apartment home with a positive, solution-focused attitude.

The role is full-time with a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings. You will greet customers, respond to inquiries, coordinate showings, and support events and marketing efforts to enhance the resident experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with residents and prospects.
• Demonstrated customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and prospects and maintain welcoming office presence.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text in a courteous, timely manner.
• Ensure apartments are ready for showings daily and for move-ins.
• Assist with planning community events and social media marketing.
• Organize package room daily and maintain vendor communications.
