• Handle resident relations and promptly address complaints.
• Care for maintenance and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Collect all monies owed by residents and follow IMM collections policy.
• Perform property inspections and direct repairs or replacements.
• Oversee move-out inspections and unit turnover process.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and property community policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Work with Regional Manager to meet budget goals.
