Job summary

Investors Management & Marketing (IMM) in Minot, ND is seeking a proactive Leasing Agent for a full-time position. You will assist with leasing operations, show apartments, and close leases while delivering excellent customer service.

You will also market the community, manage resident relations, and promptly address concerns. Compliance with OSHA standards and company policies is required, along with strong organizational and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be organized and able to manage time effectively.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing operations including following up with prospective residents, showing units, and closing sales.
• Assist with marketing of the apartment community.
• Handle resident relations and respond to complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Know and follow management and community policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
