Responsibilities

• Leads property staff, conducting candidate interviews, onboarding, training, and annual assessments.
• Drive team to achieve performance indicators and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Conduct ongoing training with office staff on leasing paperwork and safety.
• Motivate staff through recognition, training, and team-building activities.
