Vintage Realty Company is seeking a Property Manager to supervise on-site staff, oversee vendors, and uphold company standards across an apartment community in Louisiana. You will manage budgets, track income and expenses, and ensure timely lease renewals and resident communications.

The role requires 3+ years in multifamily management, strong customer service, and familiarity with OneSite software and Microsoft Office.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Advanced customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with OneSite software.
• Preferred CAM or ARM designation.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all on-site employees and direct staff and outside vendors.
• Provide leadership to co-workers by giving support and following through on commitments.
• Complete required monthly variance reports and contribute to budgeting.
• Monitor expenses and property income to meet budget goals.
• Responsible for income collection, accuracy of records, and notices to residents.
• Inspect model apartment, vacant units, and common areas.
• Process lease renewals and month end close out.
• Maintain property per company standards and policies.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Fair Housing standards.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
