Job summary

Vintage Realty Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for the Mainstreet Annex at River Ranch in Lafayette, LA. You will support the Multi-Family Property Manager with resident services, rent processing, and lease administration.

The role requires customer-focused communication, computer proficiency, and team collaboration. OneSite experience is a plus, and a commitment to equal opportunity employment is noted. You may be asked to assist with market surveys and work orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-family property management.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-satisfaction oriented and a strong team player.
• OneSite software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident records and rents, deposits, and fees daily.
• Issue notices for late payments, evictions, NSF checks, etc.
• Complete daily deposits prior to bank closing.
• Inspect models, vacant units, and common areas.
• Assist with lease renewals monthly.
• Assist with work order requests and enter into computer service request report.
• Record move in/out data and status.
• Process final account statements and required training.
