You will handle Make-Ready tasks and on-call maintenance emergencies, perform painting, repairs, and coordinate with vendors as needed. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• EPA certification is beneficial.
• Background and drug screening required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• On-call maintenance emergencies
• Special assigned property projects
• Providing exceptional customer services to residents
