Job summary

SoCal Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform general maintenance, prepare vacant units, and support property operations at our Riverside community. You will collaborate with the Maintenance and Community Managers to ensure timely turns and high-quality living spaces for residents.

The role requires basic maintenance skills, a valid CA driver’s license, and the ability to follow safety and company standards. HVAC/CPO qualifications are preferred and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1-year experience performing maintenance duties.
• Must have a valid California driver’s license with clean driving record.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.
• Ability to read/speak/write English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments, including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Coordinate move-in schedule with Maintenance/Community Manager and track turns in Yardi.
• Assist with managing service requests and complete work orders in 24–48 hours.
• Maintain supply inventory and ensure safety compliance across the property.
• Support upkeep of common areas and respond to resident concerns as needed.
