Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years’ experience performing the duties of a Maintenance Technician or related field.
• Must have a valid California driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist the maintenance team with daily property tasks.
• Mentor team in electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC repairs.
• Perform maintenance on common areas, occupied and vacant units for move‑ins.
• Manage work orders and track in Yardi for on‑time completion.
• Support safety meetings and follow company safety policies.
