Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant in Reynoldsburg, OH. This on-site, full-time role offers pay between $19 and $23 per hour, plus up to $100 in new lease commissions, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

The position involves greeting and leasing apartments, preparing lease documents, marketing the property, and supporting resident relations programs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service.
• Good computer skills and ability to navigate software.
• Ability to engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents.
• Yardi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to prospective residents.
• Prepares and shows model apartments; ensures showings are ready.
• Maintains curb appeal of the property.
• Creates lease documents and facilitates signing.
• Maintains Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
• Daily marketing through Craigslist and other outreach.
• Assists Assistant Property Manager in resident relations program.

Multifamily Housing | Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community


• Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings


• Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property


• Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required


• Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book


• Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach


• Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Prefer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field


• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software


• Must-engage enthusiastically withprospective and current residents


• Yardi experience a plus!
