Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team. This full-time role pays $19.00-$23.00 per hour plus a $100.00 commission on new lease signings, plus tuition reimbursement and full benefits.

You will greet and lease apartments, maintain model units, manage daily marketing, and support the Assistant Property Manager in resident relations. Prior multifamily or sales experience preferred; Yardi knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate software.
• Engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Ensure model and target apartments are presentable for showings.
• Maintain the Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
• Conduct daily marketing efforts (Craigslist and other channels).
• Support the Assistant Property Manager in resident relations.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
• Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings
• Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
• Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
• Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
• Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
• Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Prefer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
• Yardi experience a plus!
