Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Clean and prepare vacant units for move-in and maintain common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Report violations of community rules to the Community Manager.
• Perform additional tasks as delegated by the Community Manager.
