Job summary

Stoa Group in Louisiana (Baton Rouge) is seeking a full-time housekeeper for our luxury apartment complex. You’ll perform general cleaning for vacant and model units, offices and other areas, delivering a spotless, home-like environment that residents love.

As part of a values-driven team, you’ll help maintain high standards, communicate with residents and teammates, and handle tasks with care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Great customer service and polite attitude.
• Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 30 pounds; standing long periods; bending; extensive walking.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning tasks for vacant and model units, as well as office space and other areas on the property
• Performs general housekeeping duties in apartment homes for turnarounds, such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all cleared flat surfaces.
• Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
• Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the supervisor.
• Always maintains resident confidentiality.
