Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Park Haven, a 176-unit community in Brooklyn Park, MN. You will assist the Community Manager with daily property operations, support occupancy goals, and provide excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of property management experience, familiarity with Section 8/42 or Market Rate properties, and Yardi software proficiency. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
