Zusammenfassung

Caseware seeks a Head of Solutions - APAC to lead product management and development strategy across Australia, New Zealand and the broader APAC region, partnering with Product and Engineering to own the regional roadmap and voice of the customer.

You will manage APAC product teams, align local market needs with Caseware's global vision, and drive backlog governance to deliver market-leading audit and accounting software for diverse customer segments across APAC.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years' experience in product management or solutions roles, including 5+ years in senior leadership owning a roadmap end-to-end.”
• At least 5 years' experience in or with the audit and accounting profession and strong knowledge of audit and accounting practice.
• 3+ years' experience across APAC markets and understanding of regulatory environments.

Aufgaben

• Regional Strategy & Authority: shape product strategy and roadmap priorities for APAC.
• Oversee Regional Product Team: lead product managers and owners in APAC with coaching and performance reviews.
• Roadmap Ownership & Prioritisation: own regional roadmap, business cases, and resourcing trade-offs.
• Product Governance & Escalation: act as internal SME for APAC product matters.
• Development Planning & Backlog Management: support planning, write user stories, backlog grooming.
• Global Integration: stay aligned with Caseware International roadmaps and distributors.
• Voice of the Customer: engage clients to capture needs and translate to backlog.
• Industry & Standards Expertise: stay updated on accounting/audit developments.
• Strategic Alliance & Institute Management: manage relationships with CA ANZ, CPA, AUASB, etc.
