Caseware is seeking a Head of Solutions - APAC to lead product management and development strategy across Australia, New Zealand, and the broader APAC region. You will partner with Product and Engineering to own the regional product roadmap, champion the voice of the customer, and drive market-leading solutions for auditors and accountants across APAC.

You will oversee a regional product team, build in-region capacity, and coordinate with Caseware International to align roadmaps and customer

Qualificações

• 10+ years' experience in product management or solutions roles, including 5+ years in senior leadership owning roadmaps.
• 5+ years' experience in audit and accounting domain, with credibility to engage practitioners and standard setters.
• 3+ years across APAC markets with understanding of regulatory and compliance diversity.
• Strong ability to build business cases, weigh trade-offs, and prioritise based on customer impact.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration without direct authority.
• Customer interviews and feedback programs to translate insight into market problems and user stories.
• 3+ years direct people-management coaching product managers/owners.
• Familiarity with modern product frameworks and agile delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Regional strategy: shape APAC product roadmap priorities and align local needs with global vision.
• Lead APAC product team: coach product managers/owners, set goals, and foster growth.
• Roadmap ownership: manage roadmaps, business cases, and resourcing trade-offs.
• Governance: serve as internal expert across APAC on product matters and escalation.
• Backlog management: assist with planning, writing user stories, and backlog grooming.
• Global integration: coordinate with Caseware International leads and distributors.
• Voice of the customer: engage clients across segments to define market problems.
• Industry standards: stay updated on accounting/audit developments and standards.
• Alliance management: collaborate with local subject matter experts and standard setters.
