Lovable is seeking Product Experience Specialists to deliver world-class support, solve real user problems, and feed insights into product development. This full-time remote contractor role requires APAC-hours availability to support a global user base.

You will own user issues end to end, improve our support stack, and act as the voice of the customer. The role offers fast growth as you take on increasing responsibility and shape the Lovable experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in B2C SaaS support using Intercom.
• User- and product-obsessed with a focus on helping others succeed.
• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Responsabilités

• Own user problems end to end and escalate to engineering when needed.
• Improve the support stack and update internal knowledge base.
• Be the voice of the customer and feed product feedback into the team.
• Grow scope as trust and ownership increase.
