Job summary

Extreme Networks in APAC (Flexible location) seeks a Partner Readiness Specialist to bridge Channel Sales, Systems Engineering, Marketing, and Revenue Enablement across Asia Pacific. You will design onboarding programs, run workshops, and develop repeatable partner-facing motions to accelerate partner-led growth.

You will train partner engineers and account executives, create playbooks and enable the partner ecosystem with Extreme Platform ONE, Fabric, Wireless, and AI-driven networking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in systems engineering, technical sales, channel sales, or partner programs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking: switching, wireless, cloud networking, security, automation, and AI.
• Experience presenting to both technical and business audiences.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into repeatable and scalable partner motions.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a geographically dispersed environment.
• Willingness to travel across APAC as required.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Channel Sales, Systems Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, Revenue Enablement across APAC.
• Develop onboarding and readiness frameworks for partners across APAC.
• Deliver partner training: certifications, workshops, labs, and architecture sessions.
• Create partner-facing sales presentations, playbooks, battle cards, and sales motions.
• Mentor partner engineers and account executives on Extreme solutions and value selling.
• Collaborate with distributors and alliance partners to drive scalable growth.
