Job summary

Extreme Networks is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Manager to execute AMER regional programs that align with Pod priorities and PAM-led strategies in the US partner ecosystem. You will drive scalable MDF-backed campaigns, partner enablement, and joint go-to-market activity that ties to pipeline, engagement, and ROI.

Collaborate with PMM, Sales Enablement, Channel Sales and Partner Engagement to ensure alignment, content readiness, and repeatable success across diverse regional partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Min. 2 years of experience in channel, field, regional, partner, demand generation or B2B technology marketing.
• Experience with networking, SaaS, infrastructure, VAR, MSP, SI, reseller or distribution ecosystems is preferred.
• Strong execution orientation with the ability to manage multiple partner activities, timelines, stakeholders and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Execute AMER Pod-aligned go-to-market strategy across the US regional partner ecosystem.
• Develop and run repeatable partner programs with MDF activation and content.
• Improve MDF effectiveness and ROI discipline with baseline ROI tracking.
• Support partner enablement and seller activation with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and deliver EPSE/EPTE events in the US with partner attendance.
• Create consistent partner advocacy and brand presence across regions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to remove blockers and ensure repeatable execution.
• Report outcomes and share best practices with concise dashboards.
