Job summary

Extreme Networks, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Regional Partner Marketing Specialist to drive AMER pod-aligned partner marketing with US regional partners. You will craft campaigns, enablement content, and MDF programs to accelerate partner-led demand.

This role partners with PAMs, sales enablement, and channel teams to deliver scalable programs, events, and ROI-focused reporting, ensuring consistent brand presence across the region and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years in channel, field, regional, partner, demand generation or B2B technology marketing.
• Experience in networking, SaaS, infrastructure, VAR, MSP, SI, reseller or distribution ecosystems is preferred.
• Strong execution orientation with multiple activities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute AMER Pod-aligned go-to-market strategy with US regional partners.
• Develop and run scalable partner programs, demand gen content, and activation assets.
• Improve MDF effectiveness and ROI discipline with measurable outcomes.
• Support partner enablement, seller activation and field marketing collaboration.
• Plan and deliver regional events (EPSE/EPTE) with high attendance and follow-up.
