Job summary

Unity Technologies is seeking an Offerwall Partnerships Specialist to join its APAC team on a fixed-term contract, primarily supporting advertisers in China. You will act as the product expert, helping optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and guide onboarding with MMP integrations.

You’ll collaborate with Client Partners and the Chinese team to drive adoption and upsell opportunities while communicating effectively with global colleagues.

Qualifications

Experience with mobile ad tech products such as Offerwall.
Familiarity with Appsflyer, Adjust or Singular and CPA/MR-CPE/DR-CPE campaigns.
Ability to analyze performance data and translate into actionable steps.
Strong written and spoken English for remote cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day campaign optimization for APAC advertisers, focus on China.
Analyze ROAS, funnel conversion, and publisher reporting to identify growth opportunities.
Guide onboarding, dashboard use, and campaign setup including MMP integrations.
Collaborate with the Chinese Partner team to drive product adoption and upsell.
Maintain clear communication with teams in China and Japan and escalate issues promptly.
