Job summary

Unity is seeking a Senior Client Partner in San Francisco to drive strategic partnerships with top app developers and advertisers, shaping growth for both sides of the Unity Ads ecosystem.

You will manage a book of 10–15 accounts, own a quarterly revenue quota, and present data-driven growth plans. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with the SF office three days per week, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact on user acquisition and monetization.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, digital marketing, or mobile gaming.
  • Track record of working directly with advertisers, agencies, publishers, or clients.
  • Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners and grow advertiser investment and publisher monetization.
  • Own a quarterly revenue quota and build a pipeline to consistently hit targets.
  • Manage a book of roughly 10 to 15 accounts with prioritized time allocation.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers and pitch growth opportunities with data-driven solutions.
  • Tell compelling data-driven stories in QBRs and strategic plans to prove Unity's value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve issues and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
