Job summary

nscaleoperationsukltd is seeking an Immigration & Mobility Specialist based in Singapore to deliver end-to-end support for APAC employees. You will own immigration casework with external counsel and mobility casework with relocation vendors, ensuring a joined-up experience for employees moving through both processes.

This hands-on role operates in a fast-moving programme, serving as the in-region expert for a growing APAC footprint across entities, EOR locations and non-entity locations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end APAC immigration cases with external counsel and manage Singapore Employment Pass, S Pass, ONE Pass and Dependants' Pass
• Coordinate + manage Ministry of Manpower submissions and portal transactions for APAC jurisdictions
• Oversee end-to-end APAC mobility casework including relocations, transfers and assignments
• Advise Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and APAC People Ops on immigration and mobility requirements
• Document workflows, track KPIs, and help set up scalable immigration and mobility processes
