Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Native Mandarin fluency, written and spoken, with professional English.
• Strong technology background, frontend development or developer lifecycle experience.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and position solutions in presales.
• Excellent communication for presentations and product demonstrations across roles.

Responsibilities

• Paint the vision of the platform and guide customers through value realization with demos.
• Support Sales by answering platform questions and showcasing acceleration of digital delivery.
• Own security relationships during the deal cycle by addressing questionnaires and enterprise requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to identify security feature opportunities and influence the roadmap.
