Job summary

Binance is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead localized user acquisition and engagement in Korea. You will plan and execute end-to-end campaigns across online and offline channels, collaborating with Product, Operations, BD, Compliance, Creative, and Regional Marketing to align with local needs.

The role requires a strong track record in growth campaigns, sharp analytics, and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth marketing, campaign management, or related roles in tech/fintech/crypto.
• Strong understanding of local market, user behavior, media landscape.
• Proven track record with measurable growth campaign results.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI tracking and data-driven decisions.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle campaigns, partnerships.
• Korean language fluency and English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized growth strategies to drive user acquisition and retention in Korea.
• Plan and optimize end-to-end campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, BD, Compliance, Creative, and Regional Marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to drive insights.
• Identify market trends and competitor activities to inform campaigns.
• Collaborate with local partners, influencers, media to expand reach.
• Own campaign calendars, timelines, and reporting.
• Support localization of global campaigns for local audiences.
• Monitor budget and ROI for efficient resource use.
• Drive experimentation and test-and-learn to uncover new channels.
