Based in Costa Mesa, CA, Washington, DC, or APAC region, you will shape opportunities, engage customers, lead proposals, ensure export compliance, and align campaigns with global strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years directing or supporting aviation programs and acquisitions.
• Experience with US Air Force or US Navy program offices or commands.
• Experience engaging foreign militaries or defense ministries, Asia-Pacific preferred.
• Strong writing and presentation skills for executives and customers.
• Eligibility to obtain Top Secret clearance and willingness to travel ~50%.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across international markets.

Aufgaben

• Shape and capture new opportunities for sales of autonomous aircraft across Asia-Pacific.
• Engage APAC customers to align solutions with operational needs and gaps.
• Lead proposal development including white papers, RFIs, pricing and availability.
• Support licensing, export compliance, and technical security activities.
• Collaborate with engineering to tailor offerings for regional requirements.
• Drive engagement campaigns with DoD and other government counterparts.
• Partner with regional teams and industry partners on co-production and sustainment.
• Align APAC efforts with the broader international Autonomous Airpower strategy.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior government customers and partners.
