Nuvei, a global fintech, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage enterprise-level clients and drive cross-border success. You will nurture relationships across industries and time zones, with a focus on APAC ambitions.

The role requires fluency in Mandarin and English, willingness to work across time zones, and strong communication. A hands-on, proactive driver who thrives in a fast-paced environment will fit well with Nuvei's collaborative Global Team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing enterprise-level clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of payments and acquiring is a must.
• Excellent communicator with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work across different time zones.
• Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.
• Travel required up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the success and satisfaction of your merchants in your portfolio.
• Build and sustain relationships with key merchant stakeholders across continents.
• Drive merchant experience and support problem resolution to ensure client retention.
• Collaborate with the Global Nuvei Team to align on strategy and execution.
• Act as primary point of contact for cross-border merchants.
