Job summary

Nuvei is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own and grow strategic merchant relationships across multiple industries. You will be responsible for merchant success, issue resolution, and cross-border collaboration with the Global Nuvei Team.

The role requires strong communication skills, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to operate across time zones. Fluent Mandarin and English are required, with a flexible, hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise-level clients in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of payments and acquiring is a must.
• Excellent communicator with ability to build relations at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the success and satisfaction of your merchants in your portfolio.
• Build relationships with key contacts across continents and time zones.
• Serve as primary point of contact to support problem resolution and client retention.
• Collaborate with Global Nuvei Team to ensure merchant success.
