Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a seasoned Senior Director of Retail, APAC to define and execute go‑to‑market retail strategy across Japan, South Korea, Australia, Southeast Asia, China, India, and beyond—bridging premium consumer electronics, sports lifestyle, and wellness channels.

You will operate as a true business owner: setting the vision, building the team, forging partnerships, and delivering the numbers with a focus on omnichannel excellence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in retail, commercial, and account management within consumer electronics or consumer products.
• Senior leadership experience across APAC markets, with direct exposure to ANZ, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore; China valued.
• Deep familiarity with multiple distribution channels: direct retail, e‑commerce, distributor/wholesale, specialty, and operator/carrier models.

Responsibilities

• Define APAC retail vision, strategy, and annual plan—aligned with global sales, marketing, and product leadership.
• Build the commercial architecture for the region: pricing, channel segmentation, promotions, and trade investments.
• Lead regional P&L and drive revenue, margin, and market share targets across channels.
• Translate global brand positioning into locally resonant retail executions reflecting market nuances.
• Build and scale the APAC commercial team across multiple countries.
